PINOY ONE REPAIRS

This website tracks the construction repair progress for the building owner Kung Sheong Doo Society.

The ceiling caved in at the Pinoy One on January 6, 2023. KSD immediately inspected the premises and contacted their insurance carrier. Good thing no one was injured. A licensed general contractor was hired to demolish the remaining portions of the ceiling hanging down and hauled away all the debris.

Repair work consists of installing a new ceiling and replacing the electrical wiring. The roof was leaking and the existing roof will be coated. During further investigation, it was noted that the building had structural cracks that are in need of repair. These repairs along with painting the Ewa side wall were added to the contractor's repair list.
